PANEL

PANEL

The panels at the heart of Science Fest Africa 2026 are platforms for sharing quality knowledge and vision, bringing together leading figures in science, education, and technology in Africa. These sessions, attended by academics, researchers, public representatives, and industry leaders, are designed as solution-oriented, future-focused discussion environments that encourage interdisciplinary interaction.

The panels will address key topics of our time, such as artificial intelligence, robotics, technological governance, digital transformation, and sustainable development, from a multidimensional perspective. The social impact of science, the integration of technology into human life, and strategic approaches to enhancing Africa's global competitiveness will be comprehensively evaluated.

Participants will have the opportunity to interact directly with expert panelists, analyze current developments, and discuss visions for the future. Panelists will share their academic and professional experiences, inspiring career stories, and insights into the future of science and technology in Africa, offering a guiding perspective, especially for young people.

START UP

The Startup Exhibition will offer participants the opportunity to directly engage with the dynamic and rapidly evolving world of new technologies, while creating a powerful meeting ground that contributes to the development of the Africa-centered entrepreneurial ecosystem. This exhibition will be one of the most compelling sections of the festival, showcasing the innovative solutions of local and international startups. Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to introduce their technology, sustainability, and social impact-focused projects and interact directly with investors, academics, students, and industry representatives.

Visitors will be able to closely examine unique products and services developed in various fields such as renewable energy, digital health, artificial intelligence, agricultural technologies, and educational technologies. They will also be able to experience some prototypes and observe the working principles of innovative solutions firsthand. This interactive environment will not only support product promotion but also facilitate the exchange of ideas, feedback mechanisms, and potential collaborations.

EXPERIENCE UNIVERSE

The Experience Universe, to be created as part of the Science Competition, is designed as an interactive space that offers participants the opportunity to go beyond theoretical knowledge and engage in hands-on, discovery-based learning. In this special section, students and visitors will be able to experience production processes, closely examine innovative systems, and observe the problem-solving power of technology through practical work. This experience-focused environment will stimulate curiosity while contributing to the development of participants' analytical thinking, design skills, and teamwork competencies, transforming science from something that is merely observed into a process that is actively experienced.
